Discovery meeting

Initial meeting where we get to know each other. Our specialists will listen to your needs and expectations and identify whether our Firm is a genuine solution for you and your company.

Focus meeting

Our experts will meet with you to delve deeper into the topics discussed during the DM (Discovery Meeting) and share precise feedback, as well as potential solutions for your particular case.

Engagement

We will send a formal proposal to develop the project in question. This document will be highly customized and will include all key aspects of the project. Our team will be available to clarify any questions related to it.

Getting things done

The project moves to our operations team, where our specialists will work to punctually meet commitments and exceed your expectations. The project lead, as well as the Firm's Partners, will be in constant communication with you.

Client care

Our History

Grupo Consultor EFE™ is a business consulting Firm that has evolved rapidly and solidly in recent years, positioning itself as the fastest-growing consultancy in the region. Today, we are a strategic ally for hundreds/thousands of visionary entrepreneurs with a global outlook.

EFE is the result of years of focused work, constant innovation, and a clear philosophy: building new alternatives alongside our clients to strengthen and grow their businesses.

2007

Adrián J. Romero, the Firm's founder, decided to launch an innovative and differentiated consulting practice. He envisioned a consulting Firm with its own definition of quality and international reach.

2008

Operations launched in the city of Tijuana, Mexico, offering the market an attractive alternative for reliably and professionally complying with Transfer Pricing obligations.

2010

Within two years in the market, the firm established itself as a regional leader in transfer pricing and exceeded its first 100 clients.

2011

In this year, financial valuation services were added for clients needing to buy, sell, or value intangible assets.

2013

The Human Capital Management department was established following the acquisition of an international license, which allowed us to create our Executive Coaching certification program, now the most successful nationwide.

2015

The Firm consolidated its position as a leader in Transfer Pricing in Mexico, and founded PPI Global™ to bring together international experts in the field across more than 40 countries.

2016

We obtained the first international recognitions, such as the "Best Transfer Pricing Firm in Mexico and LATAM," in addition to awards for innovation in professional services.

2017

We eliminated the use of paper to migrate processes, documentation, and deliverables to a digital ecosystem. Additionally, a Civil Association was created to serve abandoned children and youth as part of our CSR program.

2018

We reached a portfolio of over 800 clients, with coverage in various LATAM markets, foreign offices, including the U.S., and more than 150 employees.

2019

The Firm successfully launched its Advisory Acceleration Program, training new generations of consultants in strategic business consulting.

2020

We celebrate the achievements of this first decade and renew our vision for the next 10 years. Operations commenced at Cápita Works, a talent nearshoring company, to assist our international clients in hiring Mexican talent.

2021

We consolidated our leadership in new business organizations such as Entrepreneur’s Organization, IR Global, among others.

2022

A corporate legal department was consolidated within the firm, primarily serving multinational clients with corporate needs, litigation processes, and amparo in Mexico.

2024

The Firm obtained the Great Place to Work® certification, a reflection of its culture focused on human development, close leadership, and workplace well-being.

2025

Our founder and CEO, Adrián J. Romero, reassumes the Firm's General Management, to renew its structure and vision.

JAAK Ventures was created, a company focused on Private Equity and Business Acceleration.

New services were added to the strategic consulting portfolio, such as Family Business, Advisory/Counseling, and Fractional Leadership. The certification as implementers of the Scaling Up methodology was obtained, as well as other professional accreditations to strategically assist our clients.

Our new corporate office was inaugurated in the city of San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.
